By purchasing a digital image, you are receiving a license based on your purchase type.

Personal Use: You may print, share with family and friends, or post on personal social media. Images may not be sold, used for advertising, or transferred to others.

Commercial Use (organizations): Copyright remains with April Mills Sports and Portraits. Schools and teams are granted a limited license to use images for non-commercial purposes, including social media, websites, and game-day graphics. Images may not be reproduced, distributed, or used on items for sale (including merchandise), or used to promote businesses or organizations not directly affiliated with the school or team, without prior written consent.

All rights and copyright remain with April Mills Sports and Portraits Photography.

These Terms of Sale govern all purchases from April Mills Sports and Portraits (“Photographer”). By purchasing digital images, prints, or services, the Client (“Buyer”) agrees to the following:

1. Payment
Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
Orders will not be delivered until payment has cleared.
2. Digital Image Licensing
Purchase of a digital image includes a license as outlined in the applicable Personal Use License or Commercial Use License.
Buying a digital file does not transfer copyright. All rights remain with the Photographer.
Unauthorized resale, distribution, or commercial use of personal-use images is prohibited.
3. Refunds & Exchanges
Digital images are non-refundable once delivered due to the nature of the product.
Prints or physical products may only be replaced in cases of damage or production error, reported within 7 days of delivery.
No refunds will be issued for change of mind, missed downloads, or unused services.
4. Delivery
Digital files are delivered electronically via download link or gallery access.
The Photographer is not responsible for lost, deleted, or misplaced files after delivery. Buyers are encouraged to back up files immediately.
5. Usage & Credit
Buyers are encouraged (but not required) to credit April Mills Sports and Portraits Photography  when sharing images online.
Commercial license holders must ensure usage complies with agreed terms.
6. Liability
The Photographer is not liable for loss of profits, business, or reputation resulting from use of images.
In all cases, liability is limited to the cost of the purchased product or service.
7. Agreement
By completing a purchase, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms of Sale.
